How to find us
Halbturn Castle is located in the northern Burgenland in the beautiful Seewinkel and is only about 1 hour away from Vienna and Bratislava.
Motorway A4 direction Budapest, exit Mönchhof, turn right towards Mönchhofer Landstraße L303, at the roundabout take third exit (Halbturnerstr./L211), after approx. 2.3 km turn left onto Halbturn-Kaiserberg, after approx. 300 meters turn right to the castle.
Parking
Our shady visitor parking lots, directly in front of the castle, are available free of charge.
For buses, parking is available directly in front of the castle entrance or at the main square or church square (about 2 minutes walk to the castle).
Accessibility
The Outdoor Area of the entire castle, and the park area are gravelled
Wheelchair ramp to the castle main entrance
Exhibition Rooms and access to the restaurant stepless
Possibility of direct access to the main building for people with disabilities
Dogs
Dogs are always and at every outdoor event welcome on a leash!
Cyclists
Cyclists are welcome throughout the castle grounds, bike racks can be found in front of the castle or restaurant.
Diaper Changing Station
Changing tables can be found in the castle, restaurant and in the banquet halls.
